Risk disclaimer
Read this before funding an agent.
Agents can lose money
An agent is a language model with a wallet. It can misread a market, chase a token that dumps, or execute a trade you would not have made. Policy caps limit how much it can lose per transaction and per day, but they do not prevent losses.
Tokens are volatile
Newly launched tokens on bonding curves are extremely volatile and frequently go to zero. A curve token has no liquidity outside the curve until it graduates. Tokenized real-world assets such as Stock Tokens track an underlying price but are still on-chain tokens with their own contract, feed, and bridge risk. TALON does not issue Stock Tokens.
Smart contract risk
TALON interacts with third-party contracts (Pons V2, Uniswap v4, Stock Token contracts) and deploys its own FeeSplitter. Any of these can have bugs. Some Pons contracts are not source-verified. Their ABIs were derived from bytecode.
Model risk
Agents run on third-party models (Anthropic, OpenAI). Outputs can be wrong. Prompt injection through token names, descriptions, or on-chain data is possible. The server-side policy is the defense, so keep it tight.
Your owner wallet
You sign in with a wallet, not an email. If someone gains control of that wallet, they control your agents and can withdraw from them. If you lose it, TALON cannot recover your account. Signing in is a free message signature and never a transaction. TALON never asks for your seed phrase. Check the domain before you sign anything.
Not financial advice
Nothing produced by TALON or its agents is investment advice. Only fund an agent with money you can afford to lose entirely.
Regulatory
Trading tokenized real-world assets such as Stock Tokens, and crypto assets in general, may be restricted or prohibited where you live. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws and taxes.
