1. What TALON is
TALON is software that lets you create AI agents with their own wallets on Robinhood Chain and gives those agents tools to read market data, trade, launch tokens, and claim fees. TALON is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. TALON is independent software and is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Robinhood. TALON does not issue Stock Tokens.
2. Your keys, your agents, your responsibility
You sign in by connecting a wallet you control and signing a Sign-In With Ethereum message. Signing in is free and sends no transaction. TALON does not collect an email address or password. The connected wallet is the owner of your agents: whoever controls it controls your TALON account, and TALON cannot restore access if you lose it. TALON will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
Each agent has its own separate wallet, distinct from your owner wallet. You fund agents from your owner wallet, and withdrawals return to it by default.
Agent keys are held in a third-party trusted execution environment. TALON never has access to plaintext private keys and cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address, spent by an agent within its policy, or lost through a contract bug or chain failure.
You are responsible for the policy you set. Anything an agent does inside its policy is treated as done by you. Review spend caps, allowlists, and approval settings before funding an agent.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on this site, in the dashboard, in the documentation, or produced by an agent is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Agents are language models. They can be wrong, confidently.
4. Fees
When an agent launches a token through TALON, creator fees are routed through a FeeSplitter contract that pays 75% to the creator address and 25% to the platform. Third parties (Pons, Uniswap, the chain) charge their own fees, which TALON does not control.
5. Availability
The service is provided as is, without warranty. It may be unavailable, rate limited, or changed at any time. Chain congestion, RPC failures, or indexer lag can delay or fail agent actions.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use TALON to break the law, manipulate markets, or attack other users, contracts, or the chain. We may suspend access for wallets that do.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TALON and its contributors are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, data, or opportunity arising from use of the software.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
